Antique Evening Bag Steel Beads Purse Art Nouveau France AS IS

Cut steel bead purse from France, this beauty has an art nouveau design with both sides in an ornate gold and silver floral and spiral pattern (colors faded somewhat). It has a soft, sack like body and the hem is delineated in a long line of metallic fringe, sadly frayed at various points, as pictured. The metal, hinged frame has an ornate engraving and the top clasp opens when pushed down. The hand strap is a double row of chain link metal.

Condition: chain straps need cleaning and the fringe at bottom is frayed. Otherwise, clean with an intact interior in cream cloth.
